The Private Pilot certificate is your first step into the world of aviation. As a private pilot you may fly an aircraft for pleasure, day or night, and you may invite your friends to join you.
Many people choose to become private pilots to enjoy easy weekend getaways, to unwind with a relaxing flight after work, to go sightseeing, or just to experience the sheer pleasure of flight. For a pilot the sky's the limit.
Obtaining your Private Pilot's certificate is straightforward and a lot of fun. Flying is an acquired skill, similar to driving a car or sailing a boat. Like all such endeavors, practice makes perfect. And when you take off for the first time as pilot in command with your newly earned Private Pilot's certificate you'll experience a sense of accomplishment that will be hard to beat.

Double Eagle Aviation has set a new standard in accelerated flight training with the 11 Day Instrument Course. The 11 Day course offers the student a well organized, professional training experience.
Upon arrival at Double Eagle aviation the student is assigned to one of our experienced Instructors for 10 days of one on one instruction. After completion of the course a check ride is arranged with one of the local FAA designated examiners. Double Eagle is proud to state that we do NOT NEED an examiner on staff. This means that our incredible success rate is due to the quality of the programs and staff.
The program is designed around a three phase process. All tasks are learned first in the class room, then on the simulators and finally in the airplane. This insures the student has the optimum training experience.
5 Day IFR Finish-Up | $3,950 |

- 50 hours cross country PIC and long cross country
- 30 hours Instrument training
